The Career Service offers PhD students a series of seminars focused on skills mapping, with the aim of fostering greater awareness of their strengths, areas for development, and professional potential in industry and innovation settings.

 

During the sessions, participants learn how to identify and showcase the technical and scientific, transferable, and managerial skills they have developed throughout their research journey. The seminars also provide an entry point to a personalized development pathway: those interested can access one-to-one Skills Assessment counselling, designed to help them define their career goals in a structured way, identify roles that best match their profile, and plan strategies for entering industry or joining a startup.
