B2R Italian Investments is an Italian private investment vehicle, structured as a search fund, established by Elvio and Federico to find, acquire, and accelerate the growth of an outstanding small- to medium-sized Italian company. The duo targets businesses operating in the healthcare, food & beverage, and related service providers or traditional enterprises with clear room for digitalization and international expansion. Backed by a network of more than 20 seasoned family offices, investors and funds, with first-hand experience buying, running, and scaling companies worldwide, B2R Italian Investments couples deep operational know-how with long-term patient capital. Elvio and Federico together bring several years of combined experience in strategy, M&A, entrepreneurship, and pharma gained at leading global institutions, and they are both MBA graduates of SDA Bocconi Business School.
