Internships abroad

Only one document is required, the Internship Agreement, which is a formal agreement between the University, the Host Organization, and the intern.

The standard template is available online and can be completed digitally. In this case, the internship can begin within 5–10 working days.

If the host country has specific legal requirements, alternative formats may be used, provided they comply with local regulations. The Career Service will review these non-standard agreements, with particular attention to Confidentiality and Intellectual Property clauses.
Evaluation and approval times may be longer in these cases.
