The Company Bootcamp is a guidance and training program aimed at students to help them develop the role of the innovator within a company. The program is part of the “Am I an Innovator?” project.
Within a company, the innovator takes on a cross-functional role, acting as a manager of complexity and change. By participating in the Company Bootcamp, you will take part in a development and in-depth learning path focused on roles such as Innovation Manager, R&D Manager, and Integration Manager, working in close contact with company managers and researchers.
The Company Bootcamp adopts an interactive methodology, offering students the following activities: case observations, investigative and associative exercises based on real-world examples, tech talks with experts, networking opportunities, and hands-on experimentation.
