Would you like to take part in a team challenge, work on a real business case and experience an immersive activity?

 

Building and Construction Career Competition is the right opportunity to test your abilities, strengthen your soft skills and work with other students on a current and strategic topic: innovation in the construction sector, architecture and the built environment.

 

How does it work?

You will be assigned to a multidisciplinary team together with students from other degree programmes. The Career Service will present you with a concrete challenge related to building and construction, to be solved with your group within a limited time.

The challenge may focus on topics such as integrated design, sustainability in the built environment, urban regeneration, building energy efficiency, site safety and management, technological innovation, materials, landscape and the transformation of spaces in real-life contexts.

 

To support your work, some companies will share real projects and innovative insights, offering inspiration and a direct view of the world of work.

Participation criteria

• Being students or graduates from the following degree programmes: Architettura, Management of Built Environment - Gestione del Costruito, Ingegneria Edile-Architettura, Ingegneria Civile, Ingegneria dei Sistemi Edilizi, Architectural Design and History - Progettazione Architettonica e Storia, Architettura - Ambiente Costruito - Interni - Architecture - Built Environment - Interiors, Architettura - Architettura delle Costruzioni, Architettura e Disegno Urbano - Architecture and Urban Design, Building and Architectural Engineering, Landscape Architecture. Land Landscape Heritage, Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design - Architettura Sostenibile e Progetto del Paesaggio, Urban Planning and Policy Design - Pianificazione Urbana e Politiche Territoriali.
  • Chronological order of registration: the first 50 students registered for the event will be admitted.

 

After registration closes, students will be contacted by email by the Career Service to receive confirmation of participation, instructions to take part in the challenge and the team to which they have been assigned.

 

Please note: the event will be held in English and is part of the Career Service Award.
