Career Service Polimi in collaboration with Deloitte, invites you to join the “Innovator Bootcamp”, a training path company consultants focused on GenAI and Innovation.

This path is part of the "Am I An Innovator?" project promoted by Career Service: a special training and orientation path to make them discover the role of the innovator in its multiple aspects.

The innovator in Deloitte is the role who combines the passion for staying ahead of change, a persistent curiosity of “new” with the ability to imagine, designing & implementing new business ideas leveraging on new technologies.

4 modules to discover the Innovator profile in Deloitte, who has soft skills such as curiosity, problem solving, trial-and-error approach, but also technical skills such as data analysis, interest in Generative AI and inclination to coding.

All the meetings will be structured in plenary mode and include hands-on labs. At the bottom of the page, you can view the module calendar.

At the end of the path – only in case you attended at least 80% of the modules – you will be awarded with a digital certificate of attendance, useful to give a boost to your CV! Participants to the project will be also considered for potential career opportunities in Deloitte in line with their skills and academic background. 

On February 24, 2026 (02.30p.m. - 03.30p.m.) you will join the online event and meet the Deloitte's company representatives to discuss the project in detail!

How to?

For being considered for the selection process, you have to:

-        currently be a Master's student or PhD candidate in one of the following degree at Politecnico di Milano: Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Space Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer and Science Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Telecommunications Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Mobility Engineering, Cyber Risk Strategy and Governance, High Performance Computing Engineering, Digital and Interaction Design.

-        submit your application via the current page by uploading a single PDF with your Curriculum Vitae! Don’t forget to highlight in your CV: Italian and English language knowledge (at least B2 level for both); propensity to use Phyton and familiarity with data analysis skills.

-        The registration chronological order will be considered for this selection.

To submit your application and upload the PDF file with your CV and motivation letter, you have time until February, 24 2026, at 02pm: If we do not receive the required documents, you cannot be selected.

Career Service will meet those students who correctly submitted their applications and will proceed to organize an Innovator Interview as the Bootcamp is part of the "Am I An Innovator" project. Then, the final interview will be carried out by Deloitte.

By March, 3 2026, the selected students will receive an e-mail from Career Service.

All the activities will be held in English.
