Join the online talk WHAT DOES A PROCESS ENGINEER DO? and you will have the opportunity to hear from representatives of companies from different sectors and discover directly—from those who hold this role—their responsibilities, projects, and career paths.

 

Each company will join the event with a process engineer who will share first-hand insights about:

• the activities they are responsible for

• the responsibilities of their role

• their education and career path so far

• the skills required for this position

 

The goal of the talk is to meet speakers who share the same role but have different stories and careers across various industries, in order to better understand all the facets of this job title.

 

You will listen to 15-minute testimonials featuring concrete examples from their professional experience: from optimizing production processes to managing plant performance, as well as continuous improvement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

 

The meeting will also be an opportunity to better understand which technical and soft skills are most in demand by companies and what career paths a process engineer can pursue across different industrial sectors.

 

At the end of each presentation, there will be a Q&A session to interact with the technical representatives, ask questions, and explore the most interesting aspects in greater depth.

 

The event will be held in Italian and is part of the Career Service Award.
