Sign up now and take part in the CAREER MENTORING WITH ALUMNI FOR PRODUCT SERVICE SYSTEM DESIGN STUDENTS project, which aims to guide you in developing the key soft skills needed for roles aligned with the PSSD path.

 

Through the mentoring program, you will build awareness of, and preparation for, the most common challenges in the working world.

 

During the launch event, the project will be presented and you will have the chance to hear the personal and professional experiences and stories of the mentors involved. At the end, you will be able to indicate your preference, based on the topics that interest you and your schedule availability.

 

The Career Service will form working groups that, over a personalized agenda of 4 meetings, will work with the mentors to hear career experiences you can relate to and to develop the right awareness, preparing you for the trends in service design.

Below are the mentors' bios:

 

ROBERTA MOTTER, Head of Customer Experience & Insights, Generali Italia

Roberta Motter is Head of Customer Experience & Insights at Generali Italia, where she leads multidisciplinary teams and projects to shape customer experience strategies and generate insights at scale. A graduate of the Master in Product Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano, she has over 10 years of experience across consulting and large organizations, working at the intersection of customer experience, data, design, and business transformation. As a PSSD alumna, she is excited to give back to the community by mentoring the next generation of designers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga and tennis, and relaxing in the countryside.
