INNOVATOR BOOTCAMP WITH REPLY
The Career Service, in collaboration with Reply, invites you to join the Innovator Bootcamp with Company, a training and career development program designed to explore the role of the innovator within a company.
Â
For Reply, an innovator is a strategic professional who drives the organization's technological and cultural transformation. Innovators are distinguished by their curiosity, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to anticipate change through a critical mindset and an experimental approach. They embrace complexity with adaptability and promote practical, sustainable solutions. They foster multidisciplinary collaboration, encourage knowledge sharing, and communicate with a focus on creating impact. From a technical perspective, innovators have a solid foundation in Data & AI and AI-native solution design. They are familiar with the principles of Prompt & Context Engineering, Agentic System Design, and Trustworthy AI, while integrating cybersecurity, privacy, and interoperability into their work. In this way, they help people and organizations navigate an increasingly AI-driven future with a strong focus on responsibility and impact.
Â
The program consists of six modules designed to help you discover the innovator profile at Reply: a professional who combines technological expertise, critical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to guide people and organizations toward an increasingly AI-driven, responsible, and impact-oriented future.
Â
The sessions will include both plenary lectures and hands-on workshops. You will also have the opportunity to explore the innovator role within three Reply Group companies: ATENA, COGNITA, and XENIA.
