During the event, each company will be represented by a Management Engineer who will share their professional experience, engaging in an interactive dialogue with students. The roundtable will be moderated by Professor Marika Arena, Coordinator of the Management Engineering degree program, who will guide the discussion and give the floor to the company representatives.

 

Through short presentations of about 15 minutes, professionals will discuss:

• the evolution of the Management Engineer’s role within companies;
• the key skills currently required by the market;
• daily responsibilities and challenges;
• career opportunities and professional development paths.

 

At the end of the presentations, a Q&A session will take place to further explore the topics discussed and encourage constructive reflection among participants.
