Take part in a one-hour online session designed for PhD candidates and PhD graduates who wish to explore and enhance their skills from a corporate and entrepreneurial perspective.

During the session, structured worksheets will be used as a practical tool to help participants:

·       identify and clearly articulate the skills developed during the PhD;

·       understand how these skills can be transferred to the corporate and entrepreneurial world;

·       begin building a clear and self-aware map of their professional profile beyond academia.

The session is interactive and guided, with the aim of providing concrete self-analysis methodologies to support career decision-making and to effectively communicate one’s value in non-academic contexts.
