The third edition of the “Women Mentoring by Gruppo Nestlé in Italia” project is back: a mentoring program dedicated to women!

Gruppo Nestlé in Italia, together with the Career Service, is organizing a career guidance program designed for female students enrolled in Master’s degree programs in Engineering.

 

This is an opportunity to engage with professionals, hear about their experiences, and explore key topics such as female leadership, negotiation, and balancing career and personal life.

 

5 company mentors, both men and women, holding different technical roles, will guide small groups of students through a development journey to help them feel more prepared for the job market.

 

The program will consist of 5 one-hour meetings and a final event that will take place at the company on April 28. The first meeting will be held in person at the Leonardo campus of Politecnico di Milano, while the other meetings will be held online. During the kick-off, each mentor will share their agenda.

During the event, the selection criteria and application procedure will be presented for those who wish to apply and become one of the 20 selected students who will take part in the program.
