Career Service, in collaboration with Fastweb+Vodafone, invites you to participate in the Innovator Bootcamp, a career orientation path dedicated to the role of the Innovator within a company.
At Fastweb+Vodafone, the innovator is a curious and proactive mind who turns challenges into opportunities. They do not simply solve existing problems but anticipate them, creating groundbreaking solutions that improve our world. An innovator with an engineering background is someone who, starting from a solid technical foundation, can integrate different disciplines and overcome conventional limits. They look beyond the horizon while others are focused on the road.
What sets them apart? Their ability to experiment, adapt quickly, and transform innovative ideas — also leveraging artificial intelligence — into concrete solutions that improve everyday life.
What do they do? They develop innovative projects by combining technology and business, identify new opportunities, create prototypes using approaches such as Design Thinking, and foster cultural change by working in cross-functional teams.
In short? Their job is to make the future a little less future and a little more present.
The program consists of 6 modules designed to explore the profile of the Innovator at Fastweb+Vodafone. Thanks to strong technical skills — ranging from programming to Networking and Cloud, from Systems and IoT to Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence, up to business analysis — combined with distinctive soft skills such as disruptive thinking, insatiable curiosity, resilience, creative problem solving, and proactivity, the innovator is a true catalyst for change, ready to lead the company toward an innovative future with a spirit of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
The program is open to a max. of 40 Master’s students and PhD candidates from the following degree programs: Mathematical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Management Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Cyber Risk Strategy and Governance, High Performance Computing Engineering, Energy Engineering, Transformative Sustainability.
Sessions will be held in plenary format and include workshop activities. The module agenda is available at the bottom of the page.
On April 14 (2:30 PM – 3:30 PM), you will have the opportunity to join an online meeting with Fastweb+Vodafone company representatives to learn more about the project in detail. You will receive the link by email after registration.
At the end of the program, if you attend at least 80% of the sessions, you will receive a certificate of attendance to enrich your CV. Participants may also be evaluated for specific job opportunities within the company, should recruiting needs arise that match their profiles.
