CAREER MENTORING WITH ALUMNI FROM THE CHEMICAL AND PROCESS INDUSTRY SECTOR
Discover your professional path through the experience of those who have already been there.
Are you considering a career in the chemical sector or in process industries but don’t know where to start? This event is designed for you.
Take part in a group career mentoring session that will give you a concrete insight into the world of work and help you make more informed career choices.
You will have the opportunity to meet alumni of Politecnico di Milano who are currently working in the chemical and process industries—strategic fields that combine technological innovation, sustainability, safety, and process optimization.
During an informal 20-minute talk, the professionals will share with you:
- the key steps of their professional journey, from university studies to entering the workforce;
- the technical and soft skills most in demand in the chemical and process sectors;
- the challenges faced in industrial environments and the choices that shaped their growth;
- practical advice for taking your first steps in areas such as research, production, quality, and operations.
The session will be followed by time for Q&A, open discussion, and networking: a valuable opportunity to get inspired, clarify your doubts, and start building your professional network in the chemical and process industry sectors.
Please note that the event will be held in Italian/English and is part of the Career Service Award.
All events are open exclusively to students and graduates of Politecnico di Milano.
Participating companies will be announced at a later date.
