Industrial Skills: PhD, the Innovation Lead in the Company

In collaboration with the PhD School, the Career Service offers a 5-credit elective course designed for PhD students who wish to develop managerial and strategic skills to become key figures in corporate innovation processes.

 

The course provides a comprehensive overview of the tools, roles, and methodologies needed to drive change within modern industrial organizations.

 

Program Objectives

  • Understand organizational models of innovation across different industrial sectors.
  • Develop skills in managing complexity, projects, and change.
  • Learn how to plan innovation strategies and identify opportunities for sustainable development.
  • Acquire tools for marketing, positioning, and evaluating innovative ideas.
  • Gain insight into emerging technologies and new business models.
  • Take part in a guided project work to apply the skills acquired.

 

Interested PhD candidates may add the course to their study plan, subject to availability of places.
