Have you ever wondered what your first 90 days in a finance company will be like after graduation?

During the HR TIPS event, you will hear directly from companies and gain a real understanding of what it means to start a career in finance. Each company will have 15 minutes to share, through a short talk, how a graduate is onboarded, the activities and projects you may be involved in, how the onboarding process works, and what opportunities their finance graduate programs offer.

HR representatives, HR Business Partners, and technical professionals will take part in the event, offering a concrete and authentic perspective on entering the finance industry and the skills most in demand during the first months on the job.

At the end of each presentation, there will be time for your questions — a valuable opportunity to clear up doubts, receive advice, and better prepare for the start of your professional journey.

The event will be held in English and is valid for the Career Service Award.
