NiVERSO is an innovative startup working in the growing sector of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) for electrified and high-power systems. We make sure that different sub-systems do not interfere with each other by designing active EMI filters, building advanced debug tools and digital twins, and developing an innovative platform for EMC pre-compliance. Our customers are automotive, industrial and datacenter manufacturers across Europe. We are a small team with a fully equipped EMC laboratory and top-level instrumentations for a real “hands-on” experience.

1- R&D EMC Engineer

What you will do

• EMC debug analysis on electrical devices. Design and run advanced measurement setups that go beyond standard compliance testing, correlate data across test conditions, and identify the root cause of emission and immunity issues on real customer hardware.
• Simulation models: creation and validation. Build high-fidelity models of components and systems in time and frequency domain, then validate them against laboratory measurements until model and reality agree.
• R&D on innovative measurement tools and filtering devices. Contribute to the development of new debug instrumentation and active EMI filtering solutions — from concept and prototyping to characterization in our lab.

What we are looking for

• M.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or about to graduate)
• Solid fundamentals in electromagnetics, circuit theory, and signal analysis
• EMC in your study plan or thesis
• Hands-on attitude in the laboratory: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers
• Ability to perform circuit simulation using Spice
• PCB design (Altium, KiCad)

2- R&D AI Engineer

What you will do

• Build AI agents that run on our own hardware. You will design, build and evaluate agents based on open-weight models running on local inference infrastructure.
• Define and coordinate the hardware the agents need. Local inference means somebody has to decide what the machine looks like. You will size and specify the GPU and server infrastructure, benchmark throughput and latency against real workloads, manage the deployment on our internal servers, and keep the cost/performance trade-off under control as models and workloads evolve.
• Create the platform that connects the agent to tools and to instruments. The agent has to reach two worlds: our digital tools (standards database, simulation and optimization tools, measurement data, 3D visualization of test setups) and physical instrumentation in the laboratory. You will build the interface layer — APIs, tool definitions, control and safety logic — that allows an agent to query a tool, configure an instrument, launch a measurement, read the result back and decide what to do next.

What we are looking for

• Master's degree (or about to graduate) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, AI or a related field.
• Solid Python. You have written code that other people had to run.
  Working understanding of modern LLMs: how they are served, what a context window costs you, what an agent loop actually is.
• Hands-on experience with local inference stacks (vLLM, llama.cpp, Ollama, TensorRT-LLM) or with quantized open-weight models
• Experience on RAG pipelines, vector databases and embedding models is a plus
• Agent frameworks and tool-calling architectures, MCP, structured output.
