Discover what to expect in your first months at work!

Have you ever imagined what your first 90 days in an industrial company will be like after graduation? During the HR TIPS event, you will hear directly from companies and gain a clear understanding of what it really means to start a career in industrial and production environments.

Each company will have 15 minutes to share, through a short talk, how the onboarding of a new graduate takes place, which projects and activities you may be involved in, how the onboarding process works, and which opportunities are offered through graduate programs in the industrial sector.

HR representatives, HR Business Partners, and technical professionals will take part, offering a concrete and authentic perspective on entering the industrial world and on the skills most in demand during the first months on the job.

This will be a unique opportunity to engage with those who, every day, welcome and support new talent within industrial companies.

At the end of each presentation, there will be a dedicated Q&A session: a valuable moment to clarify doubts, receive advice, and better prepare for the start of your professional journey.

Please note that the event will be held in Italian and is valid for the Career Service Award.
