The PhD journey is an experience of personal and professional growth, yet PhD candidates often face complex decisions about their future. Our Career Guidance services are designed to support PhD candidates at the Politecnico in defining informed career choices, while strengthening the skills needed to successfully navigate the world of work.

Through personalized meetings, seminars, and mentoring activities, we provide concrete tools to explore and prepare for different professional paths:

• Academic careers: support in planning a research trajectory and accessing post-doctoral opportunities.
• Corporate careers: enhancement of transferable skills and guidance for entering non-academic professional environments.
• Entrepreneurial careers: Career Guidance on how to turn innovative ideas into entrepreneurial projects.
